Thought for the Day.

The state can no more marry people than it can forgive sins.

Appropriate for me today, as I just receive my state divorce for exactly that reason. The spiritual marriage is eternal.

Does the Church down under require a State marriage license before agreeing to perform a wedding? We need to go to war against it, in Spirit. Marriage without state licenses, making it not official, but still eternal, and GET THE national flag OUT OF THE Church. Catholic means catholic, not partisan.

EXCELLENT!

Christians should be made to read your quote and think about it. Would definitely improve Christians' thinking about marriage.
