The manosphere, as far as I'm concerned, is the only area where conservative thinking is quite alive and active at the moment.

Preach it bro. The Manosphere gets what is wrong far better than any "Right" movement. I think the first time I ever heard RC described as a civilizational force was by a loser who just liked to pick the flowers.

But in the same way, nearly all thinkers ignore, avoid, or deny the true reason for the failure of the "Right": the siren call to restrict fertility to improve our economic state or sexual desires is not "Right" and never was.

Like Chesterton says, a fish cannot stay steady in the stream; he either charges upstream or gets washed down. One tent, two tents, a million tents, no matter. "Right" ideology lacking big families is a joke. Even wackos like the LDS prove families are not just everything, they are the only thing. The "Right" can last in only one form: back to sexual tradition, back to to patriarchy, back to fertility. Everything else is just an illusion of "Right". Yet nobody seems to get it.

I find it telling that Trump has 3 wives and 5 kids. He may not be Christian, but he gets the patriarchy and fertility part, just like Jacob did. Denial of the desire to co-create seems to be God's ultimate mortal sin, not sexual deviancy. MKnoreply@blogger.com
